Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all areas of Jordan.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is 5.00 JOD, and free on orders of 50.00 JOD or more.

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually arrive within 5–9 days. The courier will call you before delivery.

How can I pay?

You can pay cash on delivery, or by CliQ transfer to the name HALAKIDZO. If you choose CliQ, we send you the transfer details on WhatsApp — please reply with a screenshot of the transfer.

Will you confirm my order?

Yes. Shortly after you order we send you a WhatsApp message. For cash-on-delivery orders, just tap Confirm (or reply « تم ») and we start preparing your order. We also let you know when your order is being prepared and when it has shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, before it ships. Tap Cancel in our WhatsApp message, or contact us as soon as possible.

How do I choose the right size?

Check the size details on each product page. If you are not sure, message us with your child's age, height and weight and we will help you choose.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, within 3 days of delivery, if the item is unworn with its tags. An exchange fee of 5.00 JOD applies, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not offer refunds. Read the full Returns & Exchanges policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will exchange it at no extra cost.

Can I stop the WhatsApp messages?

Yes — reply « إيقاف » or STOP at any time. See our WhatsApp Messaging Policy.
